Raw Corn Chowder

1/4 sweet white onion
1 avocado
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 cups of sweet white corn (fresh)
splash of organic raw apple cider vinegar
salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
1/4-1/2 cup of water..depends how thick you want it

put it all in the blender until smooth

garnish with shredded beets, chopped jalepeno and corn


Raw Donut Holes






















Raw Cashew “Cheese”

1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 cup water
2 tbs lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 clove of garlic
1/4 sweet white onion
splash organic raw apple cider vinegar

blend until smooth and creamy
this is great as a stuffing for dates or jalepenos


Stuffed Jalepenos

5 large jalepenos
raw cashew cheese
cut off jalepeno tops and slice length wise about 3/4 down
scrape out seed and fill with cashew cheese
(be sure to wash your hands to get the jalepeno oil off of them)

Breading (optional)

1/2 cup corn
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup walnuts
salt and pepper to taste
splash of water to blend..it should be thick

put a spoonful of the  breading on the teflex sheet of your dehydrator and place
jalepeno on the breading.
put another spoonful on top of the jalepeno and make sure it is covered completely
dehydrate for 12 hours at 105 degrees or until breading is crispy



Raw Lemon Snack Bars


1 c cashews
1 c almonds
3/4 c dates
zest 1 lemon
juice 1/2 lemon
2 TBS honey

throw it all in the food processor until its smooth and sticky
press it into a pan and throw it in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set then eat it up!

this is a great kids snack... add extra dates if you want to leave out honey


Raw Carrot Raisin Salad

4-5 large carrots shredded
1 cup raisins
1 apple cubed

sauce
1 avocado
1 clove garlic
1tbs olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste

put avocado, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in the blender or food procressor until
smooth

mix carrots, raisins and apple in a bowl then add sauce until everything is covered

extra sauce can be used as a sandwich spread or as a salad dressing


Avocado Honey Ice Cream

Don't let the avocado scare you...it gives this
ice cream a great creamy texture and rich flavor

3/4 c raw cashews
1 avocado
1 c water
3/4 c honey
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp raw organic apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt

put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
put it in the freezer stirring every hour or so until its thick and smooth.
