Coaching programs are 6 weeks in duration.
Each week we will meet for a Skype video chat based workout and chat session to
design a new workout program and to make sure you are still on track to reach your
goals.  We will discuss where you are in relation to your goals and you will be given
tools to help you get to where you want to be.
