By the time I was 20 my weight was at 240 pounds. That's when I decided it was time to change my life. Today I am at a healthy weight and lead an active lifestyle, maintaining a 70+ pound weight loss.
Going through this experience made me realize that I could take the knowledge I had gained to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
After several years of working in fitness part time, I was fortunate enough to go to work as Fitness Coordinator at the Department of Justice (DOJ) Fitness Center in Washington DC in 2001. It was during that time that I was able to study Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
After 3 years at the DOJ I decided to move to San Diego and start my own health and fitness business. I offer one-on-one and group fitness training in an outdoor setting.
